The Ecopia HMS-5000 Hall Measurement System is a complete system with variable temperature control, 80K to 350K, for measuring the resistivity, carrier concentration, and mobility of semiconductors. The HMS-5000 includes software with I-V curve capability and variouis other features as outlined in the operating manual which can be downloaded in the link shown above. The systems can be used to characterize various materials including silicon, compound semiconductors, metal layers, oxides, etc.

  • Test with variable temperature from 80K up to 350K
  • Motor controlled magnet moves automatically
  • Testing of Temperature vs carrier density, mobility, resistivity, hall coefficient, conductivity, etc.
  • Easy to use with powerful results capability
  • Very competitive price

Ecopia also offers the HMS-3000 Hall Measurement System with two measurement temperatures, i.e., 77K (LN2 temperature) and 300K (room temperature).
